I have been in the business since March of 1985. I attained several designations almost immediately such as the CRS. I was also secretary of the MA council of CRS, and once participated in Sellebrations while in Las Vegas. I was the first Realtor on Cape Cod to attain the CIPS designation, the the fifth in Massahusetts. I deaned the GRI class at Cape Cod one year, and was among the group to have Moe Veissi, the next NAR president in the Leadership class. I rely largely on past customers and clients for my business, and like to make and receive referrals ,also from that same section of my contacts.
